These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 9pods.io and the dashboard at app.9pods.io (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the dashboard; changes take effect as described on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host illegal content, to attack or abuse other systems, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend a silo that violates this policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you store in the apps you install on your silo. We don’t claim ownership of it and don’t use it to train any model.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our status page for current incidents.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
